Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for wifi systems, digital signage systems, CCTV, IPTV, and nurse call systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests for assistance
- Monitor and maintain system performance
- Identify and recommend system improvements
- Provide training to customers on the use of these systems
- Document technical issues and resolutions
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, specifically in wifi systems, digital signage,systems, CCTV, IPTV, and nurse call systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Strong customer service skills
